## strengthening a company's competitive position ##

assalamualaikum.,  ***caaaaaaakkkkk***

Long time no see..haha., it's quite long time that I lost my update..sorry for that. okeyh now i'll share about what that i have learn in this topic which is how to strengthen a company's competitive position. for instance like, if we want to build up a business and want to successful in this field, the keyword is never imitate someone business. as we can see nowadays, most people always imitate from other business and it will be more funny because they open the business next to each other.

if we as a manager in the company, what we will do to strengthen a company's competitive position???? it can be strengthen from choosing the basis for competitive attack. which means that, if our rivals good in their product, we don't do a same thing. actually we can attack from buyer segmentation in order to get the title of best selling. in other side, we also can do like offer a better product at a lower price, leapfrogging competitor, pursuing continuous product innovation, and many more.

in order to keep the company maintain their strength, they will join this strategy which are :

           1) Blue Ocean strategy
           2) Merger and Acquisition
           3) Strategic alliance
           4) Joint venture
           5)  Vertical integration strategy

Blue Ocean Strategy means that offers growth in revenues and profits by discovering or inventing new industry segments that create altogether new demand. try to apply this method in our business in future and don't imitate someone business !!! good luck ~~~    ^_^

SWOT analysis !!

Assalamualaikum everyone !!

On Tuesday lecture, we learn about evaluating a company's resources, capabilities and competitiveness. Company's resources it can be defined in two ways which is in tangible and intangible resources. Tangible resources are those that can be touched or quantified readily is like product, technology resources, organizational resources such as the company control system meanwhile, intangible resources are those can't be touched like image, brand, skill and knowledge and so on.

In order to know our company's capabilities and competitiveness, we must do a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis can help our company to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Indirectly we can improve our weaknesses and upgrade the strengths. If you don't believe this way, you can try in our daily life. It helps a lot. Best of luck !! Fighting !!
